IT'S A BOY!
We are going to have a baby boy! Yes, a little Matthew running around! Our baby looks perfect and we are so thankful and blessed for a healthy baby. He is definitely a mover...the nurse commented on how much he moved around. I can definitely feel him pretty often. It's the greatest feeling to be able to feel him grow and move around. He weighs 12 ounces and his heartbeat is 141 bpm. And the name is...well that will remain a secret until he is born. Sorry, but we've gotta leave some sort of a surprise, right?!

Boy oh Boy... it's a BOY!!! I have been anxiously awaiting today, and the news of an active, healthy boy is terrific!!! And, Amanda, you are looking cuter than ever as a mommy-to-be (oh, and Matt... you are one handsome daddy-to-be, too!) Congrats to each of you - and baby boy, too!

Yea!!!! A little man for Jaden to run around and be friends with!! Amanda, I know you grew up with only girls (as did I) so if you are anything like me I freaked a little when I found out I was having a BOY (what exactly do you do with a boy?? Girls I KNEW....boys...not so much). It wasn't that I wasn't excited or completely grateful, I was just a little bit in shock! I have to tell you that Jaden is now 18 months old and I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE having a baby boy. It is wonderful.

Congratulations guys! We are so excited for you both! Wow....a baby boy! Now it kinda makes me want to find out, but Kirk really wants to be surprised. In the end, I know I'll be happy I waited too! We had an ultrasound at 11 weeks....heartbeat was 162 and he/she was kickin' their little legs. I would love to have a little boy too! That's Allison's pick too! But as long a the baby is healthy we're fine with that. Love your blog and how you keep us updated! Take care! Love and miss you guys!

I was so excited to hear we are expecting a little boy! (though not really surprised) Amanda, you will love raising a boy. I wouldn't have traded it for the world. I promised Matt I wouldn't scare you too much! Only kidding, lots of fun and activity. And you look GREAT! Love you both... I mean all three of you!
Congratulations! That is such exciting news. I am sure you are just beaming! And what a cute little belly. Funny, I have no memories of being that small...I can only remember being HUGE!
Yeah!!! A little boy... Before Jamie had Jayden I thought all I wanted was girls but after Jayden came I realized there is just something really special and sweet about a little boy. I'm so excited for both of you.
